Sept 2024: Total heart block — pacemaker fitted 3/9

Sept–Oct: Left ear mastoiditis — grommet fitted 17/10

Nov 2024: Vasculitis diagnosed (heart, liver, kidney involvement)

Treatment: Cyclophosphamide (completed Jan 2025) + Rituximab (3 doses, last June 2025)

June 2025: CT lungs normal. MRI heart fine.

Current: Liver markers normalised. Heart and kidneys not yet normal.
